Booking Fee

A 50% deposit secures the date and time agreed upon for a client’s photoshoot. The remaining balance is payable upon invoice before the final images will be released.

For promotions, full payment secures the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of inclement weather (for outdoor shoots) or if a client falls ill, the deposit will be applied to a re-scheduled booking.

If there is no reasonable explanation for a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Shooting Time

If a client arrives late, additional time will not be allocated, and the session will end at the scheduled end time.

Any additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the client accordingly.

Permits

The client is responsible for acquiring all necessary permits and permissions for all locations where ‘Mandy Frielinghaus Photography will be performing services.

Images

Final edited high-resolution jpeg images will be delivered within 21 working days via WeTransfer.

The client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s view. 

Mandy Frielinghaus Photography does not offer a backup service. The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all images once received.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Copyright of all photographs remain the property of Mandy Frielinghaus Photography until the full cost has been paid by the client and reserves the unrestricted right to use and alter images for marketing, publication, advertising, or other purposes, including use on websites, print material, promotional content, social media, and competitions.
